MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
-Additional Family member is considered a spouse or child under the age of 18 residing at the same physical residence.
-Nontransferable and non-refundable.
-Initiation fees are non-refundable.
-Membership may be canceled at any time and payment stopped upon request.
