Participants are required to have a safe\, working knowledge of their chosen carry pistol and can demonstrate safe loading\, shooting\, unloading\, reload and malfunction skills. \nCOURSE DESCRIPTION\nThe FBI Qualification shooting course is a 50 round course of fire shot across a range of distances and over a variety of small drill sets. Each stage of the qual is recorded for time\, score and of course – safety. The purpose of this qualification course is to verify that the shooter possesses and can demonstrate basic skill sets relevant to the types of generalized threats that an agent could encounter. The FBI Qual is utilized by more than just the FBI. Many institutions and shooting schools utilize this as a benchmark exercise for instructor candidates and proficiency tests for intermediate to advanced shooters. For civilians and shooting enthusiasts this is an excellent course of fire in one box of ammo to work speed\, accuracy\, reloads\, distance and recoil management.
